Lexxic History

Nicola James, Chartered Occupational Psychologist and founder of Lexxic, was diagnosed with dyslexia at university. She quickly recognised that there was little support available, in the workplace, for individuals with dyslexia and other neurological differences.  Therefore, she decided to set up her own company to address this issue, and created Lexxic in 2007.

Originally run solely by Nicola, Lexxic has continued to grow steadily and now provides services throughout the UK to FTSE 100 companies, in addition to government organisations and members of the public
