Tue, 12th March 2013

We are extremely pleased to announce that Nicola James, Director of Lexxic, was shortlisted for the 'Stelios Award for Disabled Entrepreneurs in the UK 2012' and was successful in making it through to the final 10.

The Stelios Award is a unique and prestigious award, sponsored by the man behind easyJet, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou. Launched in 2007, Stelios has been working in partnership with the Leonard Cheshire Disability, to search for the winning disabled entrepreneur. Stelios's motivation behind the award, was to support disabled entrepreneurs and to raise awareness of the skills and innovative ideas of those with a disability.

After being selected as one of the final 10, Nicola and Lexxic were invited to attend the Awards Ceremony in December, at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in London, where the winner received a cheque for £50,000.
