Nicola James
Nicola James is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who was classified with dyslexia at University. She was inspired to set up Lexxic after noticing there was limited support for dyslexics in higher education or the workplace.
Nicola has experience of working within blue-chip firms, voluntary organisations and members of the public, implementing solutions to create dyslexia friendly environments. Nicola studied Psychology for 6 years before achieving Chartered status in 2005. She completed her Occupational Psychology Masters at Nottingham University and Psychology BSC at the University West of England. She is currently writing a book on adult dyslexia and working on raising awareness of dyslexia within higher education and the workplace.
Nicola dedicates her success to Margaret Herrington, a specialist in the field of dyslexia. With her support Nicola built up the coping strategies to achieve her potential.

Lexxic has a number of dedicated associates providing expert advice and support within specialist areas of dyslexia. They specialise in the areas of:
-Running dyslexia orientated training and workshops;
-Support for entrepreneurs with dyslexia;
-Provide advice and guidance to organisations and dyslexic adults within the workplace or education environment;
-Provide support with adult with reading, writing or spelling difficulties;
-Provide organisational and time management training;
