Lexxic names Kate Goodanew as new CEO & Aidan Healy as Chair of the Board

Lexxic celebrates 15 years in August 2022 and has been on an exciting journey. We’ve seen our organisation grow at pace in terms of people, services and clients. Today we are pleased to share two exciting leadership announcements that will set us up for continued future success.

As of today, Aidan Healy, current CEO, will be moving to a new role as Chair of the Board, with ownership of our strategy, key partnerships, and long-term planning.

Kate Goodanew, our current Head of Partnerships, will be taking over the role as Lexxic's CEO. Her focus will be the day-to-day running of the organisation, ensuring that ultimately Lexxic not only delivers a great service for our clients, but also ensuring it is a great place to work. Kate will report into the Board.

Aidan Healy, Lexxic’s new Chair said:

“Today’s announcement marks the next exciting step in our journey and future organisation development, as we expand in scale and reach to meet the needs of our clients. Having seen Kate lead our partnerships team during the last 15 months we are very excited to appoint her as CEO. We all believe she has the skills, talent and experience to take Lexxic to the next level. And I’m excited to now bring my full-time focus to the bigger picture and our next strategic projects.”

On being appointed, Kate shared:

“I am absolutely delighted to be taking on the role of CEO of Lexxic at this very exciting time. The changes we are making will set us up for future success; enabling us to maximise the opportunities we have and reach our goals quicker. Ultimately supporting more individuals and organisations to create a world where all minds belong.”
