Our Psychological Support Services

We partner with organisations to make a positive difference; creating Neurodiversity Smart® workplace cultures and delivering psychological support services to neurodiverse talent. By empowering individuals, teams and the organisation, we create collaborative and high-impact change.

Diagnostics & Screening Assessments

An assessment provides an insight into how an individual learns and processes information. It is not an intelligence test, and it doesn’t reflect their ability to thrive in the workplace. It simply looks at the processes in their brain that influence their thinking and learning.

At Lexxic we use a range of recognised tests to determine if an individual has (a diagnostic) or is displaying tendencies (a screening) for a neurodivergent condition. These can be delivered virtually.

Following the assessment, you will receive a full written report providing a diagnostic outcome and a detailed overview of individual strengths, challenges, recommendations and next steps .

“My assessor made the whole experience feel much more manageable than I had imagined. I didn’t feel at all shamed, or like being myself was a problem. I couldn’t recommend Lexxic more. The company is fantastic, and I’d recommend them to anyone. ”

Workplace Needs Assessments

A workplace needs assessment is an impartial assessment carried out in the workplace to identify any adjustments that would improve an individual’s working life.

The assessor will meet with the individual and their line manager/HR and examine the work environment and job task.

Based upon the results, a range of support will be recommended, which could include coaching, training, equipment, or assistive technology, to support any challenges in the workplace.

“The assessor was very supportive and made me feel valued throughout the assessment process.”

One-to-One Coaching

Lexxic provide coaching for the individual, the line manager and joint co-coaching support.

One-to-one coaching sessions are designed for individuals to work together with their coach to develop strategies and solutions to overcome any workplace challenges they may have.

We work with line managers to educate them about neurodiversity, an individual's unique strengths and challenges and empower them to get the best of their people.

Co-coaching, between the individual and their line manager, is designed to build working relationships that thrive; improving understanding, communication, collaboration and results.

“Working with my coach at Lexxic has really helped me to put structure to my day. The relationship with my line manager has improved, he now understands how and why my mind works differently, so he has tailored my role around my strengths.”
